Apacta, Minuba and MicroBizz users can get parking right onto the chosen order. Here’s how to connect each of the three systems.

How it works

Parking per order — directly into your system

Apacta, Minuba and MicroBizz are all integrated with PARKPARK. When the employee picks an active order/task in the app, the parking is sent there automatically and becomes part of the cost price — typically as a line on a supplier invoice.

Apacta API key Find the key under Settings → More settings → Show API key. Send it to us during onboarding.

Minuba Auth key Generate an Auth key on an admin user inside Minuba and send it to [e-mail].

MicroBizz MicroBizz initiates Contact MicroBizz and ask for PARKPARK integration. MicroBizz then contacts us and handles the rest.

How to connect Apacta

Apacta

1	Get a PARKPARK business account first by writing to [e-mail], if you don’t already have one.
2	Log in to Apacta. Go to Settings → More settings, and click Show API key.
3	Send the key to PARKPARK at [e-mail]. We set up the integration.
4	Done. In the app the employee picks an active order from Cases, and parking is added to that order.

How to connect Minuba

1	Log in to Minuba and click the gear icon top-right.
2	Pick Administration → Users, and choose an admin user.
3	Click Extended settings → Show advanced settings → Generate new key.
4	Send the Auth key to [e-mail]. We handle the rest on our side.

MicroBizz — step by step

How to connect MicroBizz

MicroBizz

1	Contact MicroBizz and ask for the PARKPARK integration.
2	MicroBizz reaches out to PARKPARK and fetches an API key.
3	MicroBizz implements the key in your setup.
4	Done. Parkings sync hourly to the right task.

Tip: Using something else entirely (Navision, SAP, etc.)? PARKPARK offers custom integration via Webhooks. Write to [e-mail] for details.

Note: Your PARKPARK invoice still comes monthly. The integration only moves the parking cost to the chosen order in your system.
