How to reset your password

You can always create a new password yourself — you just need access to the email address linked to your account.

▶	Step by step

1	Open the PARKPARK app and tap Log in.
2	Tap Forgot password? below the password field.
3	Enter your email address and tap Send link.
4	Open the link in the email and choose a new password.

Tip: Didn't receive the email after 2 minutes? Check your spam folder, and that you typed the correct address — the same one on your PARKPARK account.

Email access

What if I no longer have access to my email?

If you can no longer receive email at the address linked to your PARKPARK account, we can help manually. We will ask for proof that the account is yours — for example, a photo receipt from earlier parking sessions or details about your payment card.
